Vehicles must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness, completely free of mud, rubbish and pet hair.
If applicable, the toilet and waste water tank must both be returned empty or a $299 including GST cleaning fee will be charged to you in respect to each tank.
A cleaning fee up to $299 including GST will be charged if the vehicle is returned in an unreasonable state of cleanliness and/or should the vehicle need deodorising as a result of smoking.
A pet cleaning fee of $299 including GST (if picking up on or before 31 March 2025) or $315 including GST (if picking up on or after 1 April 2025) will apply in relation to additional cleaning of the vehicle where you travel with pets during the rental period. This excludes service animals.
